All orders are final sale once placed. Due to the high cost of return shipping as a small business, we are unable to accept returns. That said, we’re confident you’ll love your Minki!
For international customers: any customs duties or import tax, as well as border delays once handed off to the carrier, are the responsibility of the buyer. Minki is not liable for these charges. If duties are unpaid, your package may be destroyed by the carrier (not returned to us), and in such cases, we cannot issue a refund.
If a delivery is attempted and no one is home, it is the customer's responsibility to collect the parcel from the designated pickup point within the timeframe provided by the carrier. We are also unable to intervene once a package has left our hands, if any issues arise during delivery, please contact the courier directly. Once a parcel has been disposed of by the carrier, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.
